Data Processing Addendum

This public DPA overview helps procurement and legal teams understand the data-processing topics that should be finalized before production deployment.

Purpose

Customer data is processed to deliver agreed product demos, implementation, operational support, reporting, and follow-up activities.

Data categories

Business contact data, operational messages, product interest, ticket or lead context, and project-specific records defined in the agreement.

Controls

Access control, retention rules, backup handling, deletion procedure, and processor responsibilities can be defined per engagement.

Sub-processors

Any third-party service involved in hosting, messaging, analytics, or support should be disclosed and approved according to contract scope.
